You're Not Imagining It

If you're a sports parent...

You probably wonder things like:

If you've ever asked yourself these questions, you're exactly who this website was built for.

  • Are we spending too much money?
  • Is AAU actually worth it?
  • Does my athlete really need private training?
  • Are college coaches paying attention?
  • Should we switch clubs?
  • Is my child burning out?
  • Am I pushing too hard?
  • Am I not doing enough?

Our Promise

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Youth sports can be overwhelming. There are expensive tournaments, recruiting advice, social media opinions, club politics, trainers, camps, showcases, and endless people telling parents what they "should" be doing.

Our goal is simple: help you make smarter decisions based on experience — not hype.

Start With Your Question

The questions every sports family runs into.

We organize everything around the decisions parents actually face — not categories.

The Story

Built by a sports parent who's living it

I didn't create Forever in the Bleachers because I wanted another sports blog.

I built it because I've spent years sitting in the same bleachers as every other parent. I've driven hundreds of miles for tournaments. I've invested thousands of dollars into youth sports.

I've celebrated championships. I've comforted my kids after heartbreaking losses. I've dealt with recruiting questions, difficult coaches, club decisions, and the uncertainty that every sports family experiences.

This website exists because I wanted parents to have one trusted place for honest guidance without the noise.

Gear

Products we actually recommend

We don't list gear because a brand paid for placement. We share what has held up through real seasons — and we explain why a product is worth considering, what it costs, and when you can skip it entirely.

Some links earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you. Trust comes first; that's the only way this works.
